Under the leadership of our Founding Director, we held an important meeting with our colleagues working in three different care centers within the Ülkü Group. In this meeting, we shared our experiences in the field, exchanged information and evaluated new steps that will further improve service quality.
Our meeting was extremely productive in terms of addressing the difficulties encountered in care services, offering solution suggestions and developing joint projects for the future. With the valuable contributions of our colleagues, we reached a consensus on new strategies to increase the quality of life of the individuals we serve.
We believe that this meaningful meeting will strengthen the cooperation between our care centers and form the basis for more effective work in the future. We would like to thank all our colleagues who participated and contributed to the meeting with their valuable opinions.
